Today my tenth book and my first self development book, The ME MYTH, is officially launched. I have to say this is the highlight of my writing career so far and I am extremely lucky to have one of the worlds greatest publishing houses, Simon & Schuster as my publishers.
The ME MYTH goes on sales around the country – as you can tell from the cover it really is very different to anything I have done before. It started as an autobiographical experience and somewhere along the line it turned into a book designed to help people lead the lives they want and deserve.
The key fundamental message in the ME MYTH is that if you truly want to grow as a human being and live a rich and rewarding life, the best way to do this is to stop focusing inwards, living with the limiting belief that the world revolves around “me” and instead shift your focus outwards on the world around us. In other words, stop analysing and start living.
