This is a bit of bugbear for me. I often see inadequately trained staff being blamed for poor performance simply because their boss is too cheap to pay for training. If you expect someone to do a job properly, you need to give them the necessary skills and resources. CONTINUE READING.

Often it is a lack of vision or understanding of the goal of the business.
In order to grow business need to be innovative.
