A word of warning, this video has some parts that are a bit gross – to say the least, but not too many. The real message that is delivered by Matt Chan, the man behind the weird American television show “Hoarders”, is that the key to capturing any audience is to really know and understand that audience.
Now I think this applies to marketing, to writing a book, building a website – anything. Too many people make it all about “them” without really taking the time to understand who they are selling to.
Check it out – I find his take on the concept very refreshing (and delightfully gross).
