How can we stay sane when it feels like the world is going crazy?

I think we are all feeling the pressure of some seriously crazy things going on around the world. I live in the little town of Cairns and on the weekend the funeral was held for eight children who were murdered. There are terrorist attackss happening all over the world, all are truly horrific, normally targeting innocent people and most sadly of all children. There are whispers of global financial challenges, war in Eastern Europe, natural disasters of fire, flood and earthquake. Some days it is hard to not lose faith. So what do you do to stay sane when the world seems to be going crazy?

Well this article is about the things that I do. They are simple, I’m not trying to split the atom or have some super complex strategy, just a way to make the world seem a little less harsh. Just click on the image below if you would like to read it – and I hope that your day is a really good one.
