Can money actually buy you happiness?

The age old question of money buying happiness. Given the option, I am sure most of us would rather have money than not have it, but do all the material possessions make for a better life? I guess it depends what you mean by better. In this interesting take on the topic, Michael Norton provides some unique insights, which show that money can indeed buy happiness, depending what you spend it on!
