This was a fun interview! I’ve had great success in my business using story telling to communicate information opposed to “just” providing the information – the stories are easier for customers to remember and helps them see how the information will play out in the business process.
This interview made me think of the adage of “facts tell, and stories sell.” It is interesting how a story can make a point so much more clear (and memorable) than a presentation full of facts – telling a story really drives a point home! Thanks for the interview 🙂
