Being overwhelmed is something that most of us experience at some stage (often every day). No one likes it, but we have to learn how to manage it. I always say that I don’t mind being stressed, in fact I do my best work when I have some stress to motivate me, but I don’t like waking up at 2am, with my heart pounding and my head full of all of the things I have to do. Sound familiar? Anyway, one of my mentoring clients, Michelle Rushton, is writing a book about living a fully charged life and she wants to really address “overwhelm”.If you have a couple of minutes and you feel strongly about this topic – can you please take Michelle’s survey. Seriously, it is only a handful of questions and your input will be truly valuable.
Here is a little more background information from Michelle:
Hi there! Are you sometimes busier than you would like to be? Then I’d love to talk to you.
If you occasionally feel so busy that you want to crawl into the fetal position or fly to Honolulu…then I would REALLY love to talk to you.
This survey only takes a few minutes, and I know you are busy, so you don’t have time for surveys…..so all I can say is PLEASE!! It will be a really fun way to procrastinate all the things you are meant to be doing right now. And it might even give you some insight as to what your life is really like!
Thanks so much,
Michelle 🙂
