A grade, awesome customers are King, but your D grade customers are definitely not. Yes, all customers can contribute to paying the electricity bill, but I would rather work in the dark then have to put up with D grade, Un-King-Like customers in my day. Some customers simply want to suck the life out of your work day, but this is what I’ve found. If you build an awesome business and attract awesome, A grade King customers, it frightens D grade customers and they will go elsewhere, because they hate the positivity.
