    In my view one of the major problems with innovation is the consumer. The consumer doesn’t actually know what they really want until they are shown something that blows their mind. Innovation by focus group very rarely works as those in the focus groups are limited by their own limited knowledge of technology. Apple may not have been the first MP3, but it was the first to combine an MP3 and itunes style delivery system.
