This is a great book written by father and son team, Zbigniew and Matthew Michalewicz. The tag line for Winning Credibility is “a guide for building a business from rags to riches”. In my opinion business success and credibility go hand in hand and clearly they agree.
Matthew contacted me after coming across one of my books and he very generously sent me a copy of his publication. I was immediately interested simply because I am such a strong believer in the importance of credibility (and ethics, morality etc) in business. I wasn’t disappointed – it is a very well written, logical and easy to read book that will help any entrepreneur wanting to build an ethical and successful business.
Winning Credibility addresses the role that credibility plays in many areas of business life. The authors use excellent practical examples from some well known businesses throughout the book illustrate their key issues. Then they apply credibility across a host of business related topics including –
