For those of my blog visitors who are following my weekly interviews on 96.5FM Brisbane, here is the last one I did just before Christmas. I also met up with the team, Liam, Robbie and Ness – very funny and very good folk.
In my interview on 96.5FM this week I spoke to the team about positive thinking versus positive action. In other words, if you want to achieve a goal, just thinking about it won’t do the job. Being positive about it is certainly the place to start, but without positive action it will never eventuate.
This week I spoke about the importance of choosing the right language in our daily life. Sometimes negative emotions are encouraged by the language we use, even if we don’t actually feel negative. It’s interesting stuff, listen in if you have a few minutes.
