Yes, it’s that time of year again. We’re all getting ready to close our accounts for another year, reflect a little on how we ended up in what could only be called one of the craziest years in history. For some businesses, it was great, for others not so good. We spent the year coming to terms with what COVID means for us individually, for our businesses and for our customers.
One thing that never changes is the need to build strong relationships with the people who support our businesses. If your customers are business owners themselves, giving them a gift to help them grow their business is a pretty smart way to build that relationship. And of course my recommendation has to be my new book – “Someone has to be the most expensive, why not make it you?”.
