Yes, it’s that time of year again. We’re all getting ready to close our accounts for another year, reflect a little on how we ended up in what could only be called one of the craziest years in history. For some businesses, it was great, for others not so good. We spent the year coming to terms with what COVID means for us individually, for our businesses and for our customers.
One thing that never changes is the need to build strong relationships with the people who support our businesses. If your customers are business owners themselves, giving them a gift to help them grow their business is a pretty smart way to build that relationship. And of course my recommendation has to be my new book – “Someone has to be the most expensive, why not make it you?”.
This is a book that’s all about charging what you’re worth, understanding value and what it means to you and what it means to your customers, and why there has never been a better time to differentiate yourself from your competitors through pricing and experience.
If you’d like to give your clients a gift that shows you care truly about their long term success, drop me a line and let’s have a chat about working out how to put my book in their hands. My email address is email@example.com.
