QANTAS puts a little marketing into their safety video

QANTAS has let go of the John Travolta safety videos some time ago (thank goodness). Their latest effort is a really good example of mixing marketing with a normally dull and boring mandatory message. They might be coming to the game a little late (Air NZ own this space with their Lord of the Rings series) but QANTAS have done it very nicely in my view. Perhaps a little more Aussie humour shining through would have been nice, but baby steps right?

  1. Sonny 11 says:

Just arrived on a Qantas flight didn’t see this on my aircraft and hope it is coming soon to a flight I am on! Brilliant

  2. Hello Sonja – it’s coming! I think they literally just launched it yesterday. So it will be slowly incorporated. Love your thoughts on it from a comm’s point of view? Cheers – Andrew
