Success depends on using not opposing

The world is primarily constituted on the basis of harmony.
Everything works in cooperation with something else.

Personal relationships are the fertile soil
from which all advancement, all success,
all achievement in real life grows.

Put yourself in another’s place.
Only then will you know why they think and do certain things.
Once you understand how quickly people will grant your requests
when those requests appeal to their self interest,
you can have practically anything you go after.

It’s through cooperation not conflict,
that you’ll achieve your greatest success.

  1. I go as far as actually creating a dialogue from the customers point of view. To speek in the 1st person (as if I was the customer) and really talk out what their needs, wants, insecurities, frustrations and emotional reactions are in order to better communicate a given offer.

  2. Good on you Nick and I agree. IT is all about communication. This seems to be a skill that is getting lost these days. But never fear – I am sure it will come back. Thanks for your comments. I am on the road a lot this month so my blogging is a bit erratic – but I will endeavor to keep posting as often as possible. Cheers AG
