I go as far as actually creating a dialogue from the customers point of view. To speek in the 1st person (as if I was the customer) and really talk out what their needs, wants, insecurities, frustrations and emotional reactions are in order to better communicate a given offer.
Good on you Nick and I agree. IT is all about communication. This seems to be a skill that is getting lost these days. But never fear – I am sure it will come back. Thanks for your comments.
