As we head into Christmas most businesses start to wind down. Our customer’s attention tends to shift to the imminent holidays and there is a general slowing down. We get fewer phone calls, emails and general enquiries. In small business, this downturn can be a little scary. Often we have no real guarantee that there will be business in the coming year and this can be really troubling, especially for new entrepreneurs.
