This is without a doubt one of the smartest solutions to a nasty problem that I have seen for a long time. The Mexicans have come up with a way to reduce the issue of dog poop being left on the ground by thoughtless owners. You really have to watch this video – I particularly like the little kid with the ice cream. Nasty.
